The 15 August Commemoration Foundation receives financial support from the Ministry of Public Health (VWS). In addition, the Foundation could also make use of your support. Currently, the Foundation has around 2,000 donors.

Donations are used towards the organisation of an annual dignified commemoration on 15 August. As a mark of gratitude for the donations, every year the Foundation board invites one donor and his/her next of kin to lay a wreath on behalf of the first, second and third generation.
For € 15 a year you can become a donor and support our Foundation.

Melati, the Indies jasmine, is a symbol of remembrance worn between 5 May and 15 August. The melati can be ordered as a lapel pin or magnet.
